Meet Sasha Laurel!

This food lover was born on May 20th 1985 to Michael and Virgil Lightbourne. She was exposed to good food and fine dining at a young age, and always had an appreciation for it. Having a background in Media Journalism, Sasha decided to integrate her media influence and love of food. Thus, Happy Foods 242 was born! In her spare time she enjoys eating at different restaurants, going to the movies and the beach and spending time with her family. She attends Kemp Road Ministries and is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.
